Lead Analyst – Strategic Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough spend analysis to uncover cost-saving opportunities and trends across various categories.

• Oversee and manage RFx (RFP, RFI, RFQ) processes, which involve vendor identification, bid assessment, and selection.

• Assist in negotiating commercial terms and collaborate with the Legal department to guarantee adherence to corporate standards.

• Collaborate with department leaders to comprehend their sourcing requirements and deliver data-driven insights.

• Evaluate vendor performance and lead regular business reviews to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Remain informed on market trends and industry benchmarks to guide sourcing strategies effectively.

• Recognize and apply process improvements to enhance the "Procure-to-Pay" workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analytics.

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting; experience with ERP or eSourcing tools is highly desirable.

• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, capable of presenting complex data to senior leadership.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple sourcing projects concurrently in a dynamic, remote setting.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling purposes.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Certifications: Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, MCIPS) is advantageous.
