Lead Analyst, Managed Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery and development of FIS’s payment-as-a-service managed services platform, which supports payment products on a multi-tenant architecture.

• Implement enhancements while ensuring compliance with annual product updates and scheme regulations.

• Lead both offshore and local teams effectively.

• Provide scheduled production support alongside offshore developers and product teams to achieve customer service objectives.

• Manage comprehensive project delivery, encompassing requirement refinement, estimation, design, construction, testing support, and implementation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and external product development teams to guarantee high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.

• Engage in project enhancements and facilitate a smooth transition to the operational phase.

• Spearhead the analysis and design of technical solutions that align with business and IT strategies, as well as FIS architectural standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in the payment domain and card schemes.

• Proven experience with product-based deliveries and ongoing maintenance.

• At least 10 years of experience in a comparable position.

• Valid Australian working rights.

• Strong leadership capabilities in managing people, project deliveries, and designing technical solutions.

• Proficient in C++ programming.

• Familiarity with Unix/Linux, Oracle, SQL, Perl scripting, Shell scripting, and Java for UI development.

• Mainframe experience is highly desirable or a willingness to acquire it.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with FIS’ DataNavigator, IST MAS & Clearing product suites is highly desirable.

• Experience with any payment switches is an additional advantage.
