Lead Analyst, Managed Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee deliveries and development for FIS' payment-as-a-service managed services platform, which encompasses payment products on a multi-tenant platform.

• Implement enhancements while ensuring compliance with annual product updates and scheme regulations.

• Lead both offshore and local teams, providing scheduled production support alongside offshore developers and product teams.

• Guarantee that customer service levels are consistently achieved.

• Manage comprehensive project delivery, encompassing requirements refinement, estimates, design, build, testing support, and implementation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and external product development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.

• Engage in project enhancement activities and facilitate a smooth transition to the operational phase.

• Drive the analysis and design of technical solutions that align with business and IT strategies while adhering to FIS architectural standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in the payment domain and card schemes.

• Proven experience with product-based deliveries and maintenance.

• Over 10 years of experience in a similar position.

• Valid Australian working rights.

• Exceptional leadership skills, project delivery capabilities, and expertise in technical solution design.

• Proficient in C++ programming.

• Experienced with Unix/Linux, Oracle, SQL, Perl scripting, Shell scripting, and Java for UI development.

• Mainframe experience is highly desirable or a willingness to learn.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with FIS' DataNavigator, IST MAS, and Clearing product suites is highly desirable.

• Experience in working with payment switches is an additional advantage.
