This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop and manage customer data assets: Collaborate with Data Strategies to establish source-of-truth datasets, define data terminology, and monitor quality; document processes to ensure reproducibility.
• Data Quality & Integrity: Oversee and enhance data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various systems.
• GenAI for Commercial Enablement: Prototype and assess generative AI applications (e.g., message variant creation, subject line testing, content summarization, agent assist) with well-defined guardrails, a human validation layer, and metrics.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate on analytics intake and prioritization for CRM and other Commercial platforms; convert ambiguous inquiries into structured hypotheses, analytical frameworks, and deliverables.
• Commercial Measurement and Insights: Establish and standardize KPI frameworks, convert business requirements into clean, actionable data models, and convey data structure insights to leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Responsible Data & AI: Ensure adherence to data privacy, consent, security, and AI governance policies; identify bias and fairness risks while proposing mitigation strategies.
• Mentorship: Guide analysts in analytical rigor, SQL best practices, and experimentation while upholding data quality, governance, and reproducibility.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive business experience is necessary.
• Experience in analytics, data science, or marketing/customer analytics, including practical CRM/lifecycle measurement is preferred.
• Strong capability to clean, integrate, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources is essential.
• Knowledge of orthopaedics products, procedures, and customer profiles is required.
• Proven experience in translating business inquiries into hypotheses, analytical strategies, and clear recommendations on optimal data structures to address stakeholder requirements.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and exert influence without direct authority.
• Familiarity with data privacy concepts pertinent to CRM (consent, suppression, PII handling) and comfort operating within governance frameworks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of producing executive-ready materials.
• Minimal travel may be needed.
• Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees residing in Colorado – 48 hours per calendar year; for employees residing in Washington – 56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year
