Lead AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, train, and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and clustering tasks.

• Develop AI-driven solutions utilizing TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

• Utilize AWS services, including SageMaker, Lambda, and S3, along with Azure and Google Cloud's Vertex AI.

• Integrate and fine-tune transformer models from Hugging Face, such as BERT and GPT, for natural language processing (NLP) applications.

• Create AI automation solutions, including chatbots, leveraging Microsoft Teams and Azure AI.

• Employ Apache Spark and Snowflake for extensive data processing and analytics.

• Design and enhance ETL pipelines to ensure data quality management and transformation.

• Utilize SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for effective database management and querying.

• Develop interactive data visualizations through Tableau and Power BI.

• Fine-tune, train, and deploy Large Language Models for conversational AI, text generation, and summarization purposes.

• Create and implement Agentic AI systems that facilitate autonomous decision-making agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience implementing AI in real-world applications.

• Strong programming proficiency in Python and SQL.

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Understanding of fundamental algorithms and principles of object-oriented and functional design.

• Proficient in data manipulation libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.

• Experience in big data processing with Apache Spark.

• Knowledge of NLP and implementations of AI models using Hugging Face and cloud-based AI technologies.

• Strong grasp of database management, query optimization, and data handling.

• Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to emerging AI technologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related discipline.
