Lead AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead product initiatives from inception to scaling.

• Collaborate closely with customers and Product leadership.

• Design and execute comprehensive full-stack product architectures.

• Set up the technical foundations for new product offerings.

• Convert unclear product challenges into scalable solutions.

• Strike a balance between speed, product quality, and technical sustainability.

• Guide and mentor engineers involved in product initiatives.

• Shape the product roadmap and influence engineering priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong expertise in full-stack and product engineering.

• Demonstrated success in 0→1 product development.

• Exceptional product judgment coupled with technical expertise.

• Proficient in architecture and system design.

• Capability to operate independently in highly ambiguous situations.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Must provide proof of work authorization in the United States.

• Willingness to relocate to San Francisco, California if necessary.

• Experience in AI product development, startup or scale-up environments, founder or product leadership roles, and transitioning prototypes to scale are advantageous.
