Lead AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Designing and developing autonomous AI systems, including LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent frameworks.

• Leading, mentoring, and nurturing the growth of AI Engineers.

• Conducting individual meetings, performance evaluations, and identifying career advancement opportunities.

• Establishing engineering practices, coding standards, and technical processes for AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, or a related field OR 2–4 years of equivalent hands-on experience (Required).

• Over 6 years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in AI/ML systems.

• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or tech lead role.

• Proven track record of building and deploying production AI systems (Required).

• Familiarity with LLM architectures and orchestration patterns.

• Experience with RAG systems and vector databases.

• Expertise in production AI/ML system design.

• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML development skills (Required).

• Skills in LLM API integration (Required).
