This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Spearhead client discovery and pre-sales initiatives, pinpointing AI opportunities, structuring business challenges, defining AI project parameters, and crafting solution strategies.
• Take ownership or play a significant role in proposals, discovery sessions, business cases, solution concepts, and statements of work.
• Convert business goals into data, AI, and GenAI strategies, ensuring that analytics, automation, and model development are directly tied to measurable business value.
• Provide counsel to senior stakeholders on technology and architectural decisions, balancing feasibility, cost, risk, security, compliance, scalability, and anticipated business outcomes.
• Challenge existing assumptions and recommend the most suitable AI strategy for the client’s context, including scenarios where AI may not be the ideal solution.
• Act as a liaison between business, technical, delivery, and leadership teams to guarantee clear communication and alignment across all disciplines.
• Oversee AI project delivery from a consulting standpoint, ensuring execution quality, stakeholder alignment, business impact, and value realization.
• Co-develop the strategy, vision, standards, and roadmap for Spyrosoft’s AI Consulting services.
• Guide and mentor consultants, engineers, and other team members in AI consulting methodologies, discovery techniques, solution framing, and stakeholder engagement.
• Articulate AI insights and recommendations effectively to executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Extensive background in IT, data, AI/ML, analytics, or digital transformation, with significant participation in AI-centric and consulting roles.
• Demonstrated success in shaping and executing AI, ML, data, or GenAI projects that delivered measurable business value.
• Strong experience in client-facing consulting, pre-sales activities, solution design, discovery processes, business case formulation, or advisory functions.
• Capability to lead intricate client discussions with senior stakeholders and translate vague business challenges into actionable AI strategies.
• Comprehensive understanding of Generative AI and LLM-based solution models, including RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation, guardrails, prompt engineering, observability, and responsible AI considerations.
• Strong technical credibility in AI/ML, including practical knowledge of Python, ML/DL libraries, model lifecycle, MLOps, and cloud-based AI solutions.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Jupyter, MLflow, Azure ML, Vertex AI, Amazon SageMaker, Databricks, or similar.
• Broad knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, with the ability to evaluate solution trade-offs related to architecture, cost, scalability, security, and operational complexity.
• Strong grasp of MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML, experiment tracking, model registry, deployment, monitoring, observability, and maintenance.
• Strategic and analytical thinker, capable of structuring complex issues, justifying recommendations, and guiding stakeholders through decision-making processes.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities, with a talent for translating technical intricacies into clear business language.
• Strong relationship management skills and confidence in engaging with senior client stakeholders.
• Innovative and proactive in identifying opportunities, resolving issues, and developing consulting practices.
• Fluent in English, with C1 level preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as necessary, up to 10%.
