Lead AI Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Supervise two AI Ops Engineers — oversee their delivery, development, and daily responsibilities.

• Efficiently prioritize — handle competing demands from various teams by applying a clear prioritization framework that you will contribute to developing and enhancing.

• Create and implement automations and agents that significantly enhance the productivity of internal teams and customer-facing personnel.

• Maintain the health of the AI tooling stack as usage expands across over 2,500 employees.

• Keep abreast of the latest AI tools and technologies — discern between trends and genuinely valuable solutions.

• Assist in refining AI training for the broader organization, including Software Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in building automations.

• Practical experience in developing agents using agentic frameworks — such as LangChain, MCP, Google ADK, or similar.

• Experience with enterprise tooling — rapid prototyping tools (Vercel/Railway), identity automation (Entra), or internal platforms.

• Leadership experience — you have mentored or led engineers and can take charge of a team's delivery and development.
