Lead AI Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Supervise a team of two AI Ops Engineers — oversee their project delivery, development, and daily tasks.

• Efficiently prioritize tasks — manage conflicting demands from various teams by implementing a clear prioritization framework that you'll help create and enhance.

• Develop and deploy automations and agents that significantly enhance the productivity of internal teams and customer-facing personnel.

• Maintain the AI tooling stack as usage expands to over 2,500 employees.

• Stay updated on the latest AI tools and technologies — discern between trends and genuinely valuable solutions.

• Assist in refining AI training for the broader organization, including Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in building automations — including scripting, workflow tools, or AI-assisted development.

• Proven experience in creating agents using agentic frameworks — such as LangChain, MCP, Google ADK, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with enterprise tooling — including rapid prototyping tools (Vercel/Railway), identity automation (Entra), or internal platforms.

• Leadership experience — you have led or mentored engineers and can take responsibility for a team's delivery and development.
