📋 Description

• Perform sophisticated data analysis and statistical modeling to derive actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across key geographic markets and host segments.

• Cultivate stakeholder relationships within the homes supply team, ensuring effective communication and strategic alignment on analytics initiatives.

• Examine extensive data to identify the factors influencing new listing supply, availability, revenue, churn, and other critical metrics related to host engagement and needs.

• Establish new metrics and pinpoint leading indicators of essential business outcomes.

• Create dashboards and data pipelines to monitor key performance metrics across various markets and host segments, setting benchmarks for performance.

• Develop and enhance agentic workflows and AI-assisted tools to automate repetitive data analysis and reporting tasks, increasing the speed and scale of insights delivery while facilitating self-service access to data within the homes supply team.

• Execute A/B tests to enhance business performance and maximize incrementality.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Finance, Data and Analytical Engineering, and Data Science, to synchronize strategies and leverage synergies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A quantitative undergraduate degree is required, with strong preference for candidates possessing an MBA or an equivalent advanced degree, along with 8+ years of industry experience in a Data Science, Analytics, or similar role.

• Previous experience in advanced analytics or business data science within a marketplace or business strategy environment is essential.

• Profound technical expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, experimentation, and causal inference, along with familiarity with LLMs, is necessary for extracting insights from extensive data sets.

• Outstanding business acumen, strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to make well-informed decisions are required.

• Excellent communication skills are crucial, enabling engagement with diverse stakeholders and the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable way.

• Demonstrated stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for collaboration and influence across various functions.
