This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Overseeing the team tasked with the retention, renewal, and expansion of Halter's existing revenue within the region.
• Ensuring that farmers fully leverage Halter to meet their objectives and comprehend the impact it has on their agricultural operations.
• Spearheading customer engagement and cultivating meaningful relationships with farmers, their teams, families, and livestock—recognizing the optimal touchpoints to maximize Halter's value.
• Leading, managing, and supporting your field-based Account Managers to drive high performance throughout the team.
• Adjusting and directing Halter's training initiatives to ensure your team is consistently evolving in alignment with the company's principles and goals.
• Promoting a culture of knowledge-sharing, achievement, and collaboration within the sales organization.
• Collaborating across functions to enhance and refine the Halter customer experience, continually seeking innovative ways to upgrade our services.
• Identifying skill gaps, establishing clear priorities, and coaching your team to boost performance and foster their professional development.
• Actively participating in the growth of the team as Halter expands its footprint in the region—recognizing future hiring needs and leading recruitment to assemble a high-performing team.
• Living and exemplifying Halter's operating principles, holding them as the standard for yourself and your team at all times.
• A proven track record in people leadership, or you are an outstanding individual contributor eager to embrace a leadership role.

• Experience in agriculture, farming, or rural New Zealand is a significant advantage.
