This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership and cultivate relationships within a designated portfolio of enterprise accounts, fostering long-term trust with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance connections with senior decision-makers and influencers across IT departments and Lines of Business.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of each customer's business strategy, operational model, and technological landscape.
• Propel the execution of account-based strategies to boost recurring revenue growth and increase platform utilization.
• Spearhead and support intricate, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles, encompassing negotiations and discussions at the executive level.
• Cultivate and sustain expertise in pertinent industry trends and transformation initiatives.
• Significant experience in enterprise technology sales with direct responsibility for customer relationships and contract management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers at various levels.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to convey technical and business concepts effectively.
• Experience in leading complex sales cycles involving diverse stakeholder groups.
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment and facilitating collaboration across teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple large enterprise accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English is required, along with fluency in German.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
