LCSW Supervisor – Interns, Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide clinical and casework services autonomously to clients and their natural support systems.

• Create recovery plans that are centered around the individual.

• Collaborate with various services and agencies.

• May oversee unlicensed staff in a clinical capacity.

• Supervise interns remotely, with the option for in-person supervision.

• Assist individuals within a 24/7 voluntary crisis stabilization program utilizing a multidisciplinary, recovery-focused approach.

• Evaluate mental health crises and link individuals with resources to avert future crises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Two (2) years of direct service experience in a behavioral health environment.

• Required Licensure: LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, LPCC, QMHP, or QMHA.

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

• Must hold CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certifications by the start date or within 60 days of employment, and maintain current certifications throughout employment.

• Successful completion of a relevant post-offer physical examination.

• Completion of a 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis.

• Acceptable clearances for criminal background checks and excluded party sanctions.

• Verification of degree or license.

• Possess a valid and current driver’s license along with personal vehicle insurance that includes the applicant as a driver.

• Must be willing to use a personal vehicle and company vehicle to transport clients to appointments and group sessions.

• Willingness to supervise interns virtually.
