Law Clerkships – Summer and Fall 2027

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with partners and associates on ongoing commercial auto and trucking defense cases.

• Prepare motions, briefs, and essential litigation documents under the guidance of an attorney.

• Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

• Contribute to case strategy, factual development, and trial preparation.

• Manage cases with substantial liability, including those involving policies exceeding $1 million.

• Currently enrolled law student with a keen interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy.

• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Possess a growth mindset and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
