Law Clerk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and analyze cases and statutes.

• Execute citation corrections.

• Ensure compliance with Bluebook and style standards.

• Conduct research on cases to discover new and pertinent authorities.

• Offer direct assistance to volunteer authors of the Pleading Causes of Action in Maryland, 8th Edition.

• Carry out additional editorial and research duties for the legal treatise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a current second-year law student (2L).

• Strong skills in legal research and writing.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience with Law Review or a law journal is preferred.
