Latam Distributor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to and promote compliance with our Channel Partner Tool Kit or any other resources that maintain ethical standards aligned with our compliance policies.

• Serve as the point of contact among Distributors, DSMs, and all internal departments, including Customer Service, Operations, and Finance regarding daily distribution matters.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of each country's operations.

• Oversee the daily management of campaigns and promotions involving all Distributors.

• Provide regular updates to directors and Senior Leaders on regional Distribution activities through the Growth War Room, ensuring effective daily management, funnel oversight, and presentation of GWR initiatives.

• Design and implement processes aimed at enhancing the integration of Distribution management in SFDC when applicable.

• Collaborate with Operations to prioritize orders effectively.

• Establish and promote processes that ensure improved management and comprehension of lead times with our distributors.

• Conduct market trend research and assist with product launches and networking events.

• Carry out regular inventory assessments.

• Support our distributor network with business agreements and penetration for our LNAs and GSAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial roles within the Latam region.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

• Demonstrated resilience and a high level of professionalism.

• Experience in Account Management, Funnel management, and M&A is advantageous.

• Strong multitasking abilities.

• Excellent negotiation and networking capabilities.

• Proficient time management skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.

• Strong record-keeping abilities.
