Language Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Leading weekly online discussion sessions via Zoom.

• Promptly addressing emails and contributions in the discussion forum.

• Offering constructive feedback on brief written assignments (no grading involved).

• Creating and distributing agendas for conversation sessions one week prior to each meeting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in the language you are instructing or a related discipline (e.g., Second Language Acquisition, Linguistics, etc.).

• Must reside in the United States with authorization to work.

• Native proficiency or near-native fluency in the language you will be teaching.

• Proven experience in teaching.

• Availability from 5:30 to 8:30 PM CT on one or two evenings per week (Monday through Thursday).

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and the target language.

• Preferred qualifications include 2 years of experience in online teaching.

• Familiarity with online learning platforms such as Canvas, D2L, or Blackboard.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Experience in teaching adult learners.
