Language Alignment & Resource Partner, Serbian – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work independently to conduct linguistic quality assurance and create alignment resources.

• Evaluate, annotate, and test AI-generated outputs for grammatical precision, natural flow, and adherence to cultural context.

• Serve as the main quality assurance checkpoint during production, actively spotting and rectifying nuanced cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions in Serbian.

• Assess quality trends of tasks and independently develop educational materials and feedback documentation to enhance alignment between AI outputs and campaign objectives.

• Deliver native-level language evaluation during project scaling and provide expert linguistic advice throughout the production process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or educational background in linguistics, education, or similar fields that demand a keen attention to linguistic detail.

• Prior, relevant experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Confirmed Serbian language proficiency at the C1 or C2 level.

• The capability to effectively convert raw feedback and quality trends into organized, actionable educational materials.

• A thorough approach to language, with the acuity to detect and amend even the slightest unnatural phrasing in their native language.
