Language Alignment & Resource Partner, Punjabi – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Work independently to deliver linguistic quality assurance and create alignment resources.

• Data Annotation & Review: Assessing, annotating, and testing AI outputs for grammatical correctness, naturalness, and adherence to cultural nuances.

• Quality Assurance & Vetting: Serving as a key quality control point during production to proactively spot and rectify subtle cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions in the Punjabi language.

• Resource Generation: Evaluating task quality patterns and independently crafting educational resources and feedback documentation to enhance alignment between AI task outputs and campaign objectives.

• Production & Vetting Support: Offering native-level language vetting as projects scale and providing specialized linguistic advice throughout the production process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or academic experience in linguistics, education, or other disciplines demanding a keen attention to linguistic detail.

• Previous, concrete experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Confirmed proficiency in the Punjabi language at the C1 or C2 level.

• The capability to effectively convert raw feedback and quality trends into organized, actionable educational materials.

• A thorough approach to language, with an acute ability to detect and correct even the slightest unnatural phrasing in their native language.
