Language Alignment & Resource Partner, Polish – Freelance AI Trainer

📋 Description

• Work independently to conduct linguistic quality assurance and create alignment resources.

• Assess, annotate, and evaluate AI outputs for grammatical precision, fluency, and adherence to cultural context.

• Serve as a key quality assurance checkpoint during production, proactively spotting and rectifying nuanced cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions in the Polish language.

• Examine trends in task quality and independently generate educational materials and feedback documentation to enhance the alignment between AI task results and campaign standards.

• Offer native-level language evaluation during project expansion and provide expert linguistic advice throughout the production process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or academic background in linguistics, education, or related areas that demand a keen attention to linguistic detail.

• Previous, concrete experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Confirmed proficiency in the Polish language at the C1 or C2 level.

• The capability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into organized, actionable educational materials with confidence.

• A thorough approach to language, possessing the acuity to detect and amend even the slightest unnatural phrasing in their native language.
