Language Alignment & Resource Partner – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work independently to deliver linguistic quality assurance and create alignment resources.

• Assessing, annotating, and evaluating AI outputs for grammatical correctness, naturalness, and adherence to cultural context.

• Serving as a key quality assurance point during production to proactively spot and rectify subtle cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions in the Norwegian language.

• Monitoring task quality trends and independently creating educational materials and feedback documentation to enhance alignment between AI task results and campaign objectives.

• Offering native-level language vetting during project scaling and providing specialized linguistic advice throughout the production process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or educational background in linguistics, education, or related fields that demand a high level of linguistic precision.

• Previous, relevant experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Confirmed Norwegian language proficiency at the C1 or C2 level.

• The capability to confidently convert raw feedback and quality trends into organized, actionable educational resources.

• An attentive approach to language, with the acuity to identify and amend even the most nuanced unnatural phrasing in their native language.
