This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Assist in the commercial estimating process by producing precise quantity takeoffs.

• Execute back-end pricing by procuring materials and project elements from suppliers.

• Reach out to suppliers to acquire up-to-date pricing, product availability, and quotes.

• Analyze project plans to determine necessary materials, labor, and quantities for estimates.

• Aid in the creation, maintenance, and revision of a material and cost database.

• Work alongside the estimating team to guarantee bids are accurate and submitted punctually.

• Keep orderly estimating records and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of estimating processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Prior experience in construction or landscaping estimating, quantity takeoffs, or a related estimating position.

• Competence in quantity takeoff software; familiarity with Togal is strongly preferred.

• Solid grasp of construction or landscaping plans, materials, estimating principles, and pricing procedures.

• Experience in sourcing material pricing and communicating with suppliers and vendors.

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly organized with the capability to prioritize multiple estimates and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with the estimating team.
