This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Project Managers with the setup, monitoring, and reporting of projects.
• Organize and manage project files, contracts, and land documentation within internal systems (Vision, shared drives, etc.).
• Collaborate with various teams (Land, GIS, Document Management, Payment Services) to ensure coherence on data and deliverables.
• Aid in parcel identification, landowner research, and contact verification.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and help guarantee adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct quality control assessments on land documents and project data.
• Ensure compliance and consistency with client specifications and Atwell standards.
• Maintain orderly, audit-ready project files and documentation.
• Assist with document workflows, including contracts, invoices, and deliverables.
• Take part in internal and client meetings, recording notes and action items.
• Aid in the preparation of project updates, reports, and meeting materials.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure projects are aligned and progressing.
• Over 3 years of experience in land, right-of-way, title, real estate, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in title research, deed examination, and land records evaluation.
• Knowledge of county courthouse research, legal descriptions, and ownership structures.
• Experience in supporting infrastructure, utility, or energy projects is advantageous.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and organization.
• Proficient in working across various systems (Excel, document management tools, GIS platforms preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
