Labour Law Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional support to clients and consultants.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing assistance via telephone and email.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new consultants through training sessions and sign-offs.

• Enhance the development of consultants by overseeing the LAP process within the designated region.

• Ensure appointments are scheduled effectively, taking into account area focus and work type.

• Reduce the administrative workload for the Labour Law team.

• Build, cultivate, and sustain strong client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A B-Degree in Industrial Relations, Law, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Industrial Relations at LabourNet.

• Experience in training facilitation would be a plus.

• A customer-first approach.

• Capability to deliver high-quality support to clients and consultants.

• Proficiency in providing assistance to clients through telephone and email communication.

• Competence in onboarding and training new consultants.

• Ability to manage the LAP process for consultants in the region.

• Skill in efficiently scheduling appointments with consideration for area focus and work type.

• Capability to alleviate the administrative load on the Labour Law team.

• Proficiency in securing, developing, and nurturing client relationships.
