Labour Law Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional support to clients and consultants.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients through phone and email communication.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new consultants by providing training and obtaining necessary signoffs.

• Enhance the development of consultants by overseeing the LAP process within the designated region.

• Ensure efficient booking of appointments, taking into account area focus and work type.

• Reduce the administrative workload on the Labour Law team.

• Establish, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations, Law, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Industrial Relations at LabourNet.

• Experience in facilitating training sessions is a plus.

• A customer-centric mindset.

• Capability to provide high-quality support to clients and consultants.

• Proficiency in supporting clients via telephone and email.

• Ability to onboard and train new consultants effectively.

• Skill in managing the LAP process with consultants in the region.

• Competence in scheduling appointments efficiently, with consideration for area focus and work type.

• Ability to alleviate the administrative burden on the Labour Law team.
