📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of intricate clinical trials.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and adhere to project schedules.

• Collaborate effectively with investigators, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Develop and oversee study plans, budgets, and timelines.

• Maximize resource efficiency while maintaining operational effectiveness.

• Address and resolve complex issues and challenges encountered during clinical trials.

• Implement and supervise monitoring and validation procedures throughout the study lifecycle.

• Guarantee data integrity and uphold high-quality standards.

• Manage the daily activities of clinical trial administration and assist the team in achieving quality results.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience in managing clinical studies.

• Strong understanding of the drug development process and regulatory environment.

• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work collaboratively with a variety of cross-functional teams and external collaborators.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data precision and high-quality standards.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
