Labor Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in labor litigation encompassing all phases of the legal process.

• Prepare enforcement and execution documents, including objections to calculations, embargos à execução (opposition to execution), agravo de petição (interlocutory appeal), recurso de revista (appeal to the Superior Labor Court), mandado de segurança (writ of mandamus), and more.

• Oversee court publications, assess minutes, and manage deadlines effectively.

• Monitor the progress of cases and input data into internal or client systems.

• Organize preparations for hearings, such as requesting documents and supporting materials, managing payments, and adhering to deadlines.

• Conduct hearings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to formulate litigation strategies and analyze information and documents for effective case management.

• Strong ability to review judgments and court rulings, as well as draft appeals.

• Skills in mediation.

• Postgraduate specialization in labor law is preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of Labor Law, Labor Procedure, and Civil Procedure.
