This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in labor law practice throughout all procedural phases;
• Draft enforcement documents (including objections to calculations, execution objections, interlocutory appeals, review appeals, and writs of mandamus, among others);
• Review court publications, minutes, and monitor deadlines;
• Track case progress and input information into internal/client systems;
• Prepare for hearings by requesting documents and supporting evidence, managing payments, and overseeing deadlines;
• Attend and facilitate hearings.
• Capability to formulate litigation strategies and analyze information and documents for effective case management;
• Strong ability to review judgments and court rulings and to draft appeals;
• Skills in mediation;
• Preferred postgraduate degree in labor law;
• Fundamental understanding of Labor Law, Labor Procedure, and Civil Procedure.
