Labor Attorney – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee labor hearings, including conciliation, initial hearings, UNA, and evidentiary sessions.

• Prepare pleadings and appeals throughout all phases of the legal process.

• Provide consultations and support to clients.

• Independently manage case loads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree with active registration in the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association).

• Significant experience in labor law, particularly in litigation.

• Background in representing claimants or plaintiffs.

• Proficiency in developing legal theories, drafting pleadings, conducting evidentiary hearings, and advising clients.

• Capability to work independently while managing a large volume of cases.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic case management systems.

• Leadership qualities: proactive, responsible, organized, excellent verbal and written communication skills, quick learner, and strong interpersonal skills to guide colleagues and advise clients, with a focus on results and receptiveness to feedback.

• Postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Labor Procedure (preferred).

• Familiarity with legal software (preferred).
