This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Oversee labor hearings, including conciliation, initial hearings, UNA, and evidentiary sessions.
β’ Prepare pleadings and appeals throughout all phases of the legal process.
β’ Provide consultations and support to clients.
β’ Independently manage case loads.
β’ Juris Doctor degree with active registration in the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association).
β’ Significant experience in labor law, particularly in litigation.
β’ Background in representing claimants or plaintiffs.
β’ Proficiency in developing legal theories, drafting pleadings, conducting evidentiary hearings, and advising clients.
β’ Capability to work independently while managing a large volume of cases.
β’ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic case management systems.
β’ Leadership qualities: proactive, responsible, organized, excellent verbal and written communication skills, quick learner, and strong interpersonal skills to guide colleagues and advise clients, with a focus on results and receptiveness to feedback.
β’ Postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Labor Procedure (preferred).
β’ Familiarity with legal software (preferred).
