Labor Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in labor law practice throughout all phases of litigation;

• Prepare defenses, appeals, and other legal procedural documents necessary for practice (including: Recurso Ordinário [Ordinary Appeal], Recurso de Revista [Appeal to the Superior Labor Court], objections to calculations, Embargos à Execução [Objections to Enforcement], Agravo de Petição [Interlocutory Appeal], Mandado de Segurança [Writ of Mandamus], among others);

• Track the progress of cases and input information into internal and client systems;

• Review hearing schedules, facilitate hearing preparation meetings, request documents and supporting materials, manage payments, and oversee deadlines;

• Attend hearings and present oral arguments;

• Capable of formulating litigation strategies and analyzing information and documents for effective case management;

• Strong ability to interpret judgments and rulings and draft appeals;

• Skills in mediation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred postgraduate degree in Labor Law;

• Essential knowledge of Labor Law, Labor Procedure, and Civil Procedure;

• Experience in both advisory (consultative) roles and high-volume labor law litigation;

• Quick adaptability;
