This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Offers assistance in clinical supplies operations and administrative tasks across the entire clinical supplies lifecycle for studies of low to moderate complexity.
• Guarantees that all activities are conducted in accordance with company best practices and client specifications.
• Engages in and supports project teams within the department.
• May facilitate coordination or act as a liaison across various functions.
• Organizes and manages activities related to labels, patient cards, and dosing cards.
• Ensures tasks are executed as required following PPD SOP and/or client standards.
• Coordinates the preparation and regulatory approval of information designated for labels, patient cards, and dosing cards in clinical trials.
• Reviews source documents and processes requests for quotes.
• Aids in the development and upkeep of the Global Labelling Management tool.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience that equips the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the role (comparable to a minimum of 2 years).
• Intermediate proficiency in English with strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Clinical Supply process.
• Excellent planning and time management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to address diverse and confidential issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong focus on customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
