L3 Engineer

📋 Description

• The L3 Engineer will oversee Digital DevOps operations, managing code deployments, technology upgrades, and providing support for critical environments.

• This position necessitates expertise in troubleshooting and monitoring incidents related to:

• - Development languages

• - COTS applications

• - Cloud and on-premises infrastructure

• The candidate should possess a comprehensive business and technology outlook to address critical and strategic support challenges.

• Service delivery will occur through internal teams, external vendors, and managed service contracts, ensuring adherence to SLAs/SLOs for Level 2 and Level 3 application support.

• Key Responsibilities include:

• - Creation and management of servers and clusters

• - Application maintenance and support

• - Infrastructure management and deployments

• - Database administration (including procedures, triggers, etc.)

• General technology experience required includes:

• - Azure Infrastructure
