This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide exceptional technical support through chats, emails, and phone calls;
• Diagnose intricate technical problems and escalate them as necessary;
• Serve as the main technical liaison throughout the lifecycle of live events;
• Clearly escalate incidents, detailing impact, timeline, and reproduction steps;
• Conduct log analysis, along with working with REST APIs, JSON, and SQL;
• Utilize AWS tools (CloudWatch, Athena, S3) and monitoring/logging platforms (Grafana, OpenSearch);
• Ensure seamless integration, onboarding, and troubleshooting for customer events while collaborating closely with internal teams.
• Exceptional English communication skills (minimum C1 level for both spoken and written);
• A minimum of 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in a Technical Support role;
• Experience as a Tier 3 and/or Tier 3 Technical Support Consultant;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset;
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (highly advantageous);
• Proficiency in reading and writing scripts in Python, Bash, or JavaScript (considered a plus).
