This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You assist e-commerce entrepreneurs daily via phone, email, and Zoom with accounting issues.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.

• Identify recurring issues and enhance our solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• High self-motivation and results-oriented (SMART Goals).

• Experience with DATEV (mandatory requirement).

• Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry.

• Independent, structured, and process-oriented work style.

• Open to feedback, digital working environments, and remote-first approaches.

• Fluent in German and English.
