Kundenservice Mitarbeiter – Auftragsbearbeitung

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Maintain a comprehensive overview within the team, implement process optimizations, and provide support to Sylvia, our Team Lead.

• Take charge of the operational document management of our vehicle inventory and independently manage the dispatch of documents.

• Oversee the entire process and ensure the complete receipt of documents to guarantee a smooth operation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers regarding inquiries about vehicle documentation and short-term license plates.

• Through effective coordination, ensure timely delivery to our customers and diagnose any issues in case of delays.

• Act as a communicative interface between our customers, internal departments, and external partners.

• Maintain an overview of upcoming tasks at all times and prioritize them within the team.

• Contribute to ensuring our customers receive their new cars as quickly as possible – with our unique glass truck, delivered right to their doorstep!

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training and initial experience in an assistant role or team leadership is advantageous.

• Ideally, you have gained initial experience in private customer support in e-commerce, document management, the automotive sector, or a digital environment.

• You have proven success in process development and optimization.

• You enjoy customer interaction and possess a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style.

• You are characterized by teamwork and a hands-on mentality.

• Communication skills - articulate, eloquent, and strong in both German and English, along with proficient use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
