This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Customer Service Operations: You will handle customer inquiries regarding our premium cookware products, particularly our cast iron pans, via email and occasionally over the phone (inbound).

• The inquiries will focus on product usage, delivery and return processes, as well as written advice on purchases and post-purchase support.

• Process Development: In collaboration with the team, you will contribute to the long-term enhancement of our service processes to sustainably increase customer satisfaction.

• You will optimize templates, create FAQs, or assist in automation through AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have a strong passion for cooking and high-quality kitchen utensils.

• You bring experience in customer service within an e-commerce company, ideally with initial experience using Gorgias and Shopify.

• You possess a high degree of service orientation and work with both goal-driven and empathetic approaches.

• With your analytical skills, you will also contribute to the structural and procedural development of our customer service.

• You are articulate and communicate flawlessly in written German, with conversational proficiency in English.

• You are available to work 40 hours across five days a week (09:00 to 18:00).
