This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Handling of both telephone and written customer inquiries

• Assisting customers with the connection of electrical devices

• Proactively calling customers for quicker issue resolution (No sales involved)

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of enjoying service-oriented inbound projects

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written (minimum C1)

• Additional languages are a plus, but not mandatory (English, French, Italian, or Spanish)

• Strong communication skills paired with high empathy
