This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Handling both telephone and written customer inquiries

• Assisting customers with the connection of electrical devices

• Proactively following up with customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level)

• Strong communication skills with a high level of empathy

• Enjoyment of service-oriented inbound projects

• Additional languages are a plus but not mandatory (English, French, Italian, or Spanish)
