This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Handling customer inquiries in German via telephone, email, and chat.

• Troubleshooting account or technical issues and escalating when necessary.

• Ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• German proficiency at C2/native level.

• English proficiency at B2 or higher.

• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece.

• Flexibility for on-site or remote work with rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, depending on the project).

• Willingness to relocate to Greece at least 1 week prior to the start of employment (for on-site positions).
