Kubernetes Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deploy, configure, and oversee Kubernetes clusters on Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.

• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues pertaining to Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.

• Implement and manage automated scaling, health checks, and logging within Kubernetes environments.

• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for Kubernetes clusters across multi-cloud environments.

• Optimize cloud infrastructure for enhanced performance, cost-effectiveness, and resource efficiency.

• Collaborate with development teams to facilitate deployments to Kubernetes clusters.

• Configure application and network integrations for customer on-premises and cloud-based services.

• Apply Kubernetes security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), network policies, and encryption.

• Maintain detailed and comprehensive documentation of Kubernetes configurations, best practices, and cloud infrastructure.

• Provide on-call support as necessary for cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience (4+ years) as a Kubernetes Administrator, Cloud Engineer, or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of container orchestration and management using Kubernetes.

• Extensive experience with cloud-native services on Azure (AKS, Virtual Networks), AWS (EKS, EC2, S3), and GCP (GKE, Cloud Storage).

• Proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Helm, ArgoCD).

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Opensearch).

• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices, including network security, identity, and access management (IAM).
