
Korean Speaking Business Development Representative – Industry Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Conduct outreach in extensive, untapped territories by utilizing a variety of channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events) to schedule discovery meetings with mid-sized to large enterprise companies.
• Investigate target accounts and identify key decision-makers; develop campaigns; create, A/B test, and enhance messaging.
• Assess incoming leads and direct high-intent prospects to our Account Executives and Account Managers; ensure accurate record-keeping in Salesforce and Outreach.
• Collaborate with our Account Executives and Marketing team to execute territory plans, assist with events, and provide timely follow-ups.
• Monitor key activities (meetings scheduled, conversion rates) and leverage insights to consistently enhance outcomes.
• Proficiency in seeking and identifying new key contacts within target accounts.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and handling rejection.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, inquisitive, and driven to achieve professional growth.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for internal and external events.
• Native or bilingual fluency in Korean and English to effectively engage with stakeholders in our Korean markets.
