KOL/Affiliate Manager – SEA Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek, identify, and recruit affiliates and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) throughout the SEA markets.

• Develop and expand a local and regional affiliate network from the ground up.

• Perform daily outreach through Instagram, Telegram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, email, forums, and community platforms.

• Discuss partnership terms and facilitate the onboarding of new affiliates.

• Provide support to affiliates during activation phases and campaign rollouts.

• Foster and maintain robust, long-term relationships with partners.

• Organize promotions, launches, and campaigns in collaboration with affiliates.

• Ensure that partners adhere to brand guidelines and compliance standards.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams in Marketing, Product, Design, and Compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, KOL/influencer marketing, or business development.

• Significant experience in manual searches and outbound outreach efforts.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

• Additional language skills are a plus.

• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.

• Background or keen interest in cryptocurrency, trading, or fintech.

• Self-reliant, proactive, and comfortable with remote work arrangements.

• Existing connections with SEA affiliates or KOLs (preferred).

• Familiarity with CPA/revenue share/hybrid affiliate models (preferred).

• Knowledge of affiliate platforms and tracking tools (preferred).
