Knowledge Management & Innovation Attorney – Labor & Employment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for Knowledge Management (KM) and Innovation within the Labor & Employment PSC.

• Lead and provide guidance to the PSC in spotting opportunities for technology-enhanced improvements and process optimization.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, promoting collaboration between KM, IT, and practice teams to assess and implement innovative solutions, including AI tools.

• Identify, evaluate, and pilot both new and existing legal technology tools according to the needs of the PSC.

• Prototype and showcase technology solutions, such as AI and document automation platforms.

• Advocate for technology adoption and positive organizational transformation, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

• Vet, plan, and execute KM and innovation initiatives, ensuring they align with the firm’s goals and deliver a return on investment (ROI).

⛳️ Requirements

• A J.D. and a four-year degree in a relevant discipline are required.

• At least 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney or in KM/innovation within professional services is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience with legal technology, project management, and business planning.

• Proven ability to collaborate on cross-functional teams and facilitate organizational change.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to effectively work with diverse teams and convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and innovative approach.
