This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Evaluate and sustain knowledge assets to guarantee that documentation accurately represents the current products, services, policies, processes, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to confirm, update, authorize, and disseminate knowledge content promptly.
• Oversee the lifecycle of knowledge assets, encompassing content reviews, revisions, archival activities, and publication timelines.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and address knowledge gaps discovered through operational feedback, quality assessments, exception trends, customer engagements, and business modifications.
• Organize, structure, categorize, and tag knowledge content to enhance searchability, accessibility, and information retrieval across knowledge management systems.
• Review and incorporate new or updated documentation while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with documentation standards.
• Conduct regular audits of knowledge repositories to confirm content quality, relevance, completeness, and organizational consistency.
• Track changes to products, services, systems, policies, and business processes to ensure that knowledge assets remain current and aligned with operational needs.
• Uphold documentation standards, governance practices, version control, and knowledge management processes that promote organizational consistency and compliance.
• Generate reports and metrics related to knowledge quality, content health, documentation currency, and knowledge management activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, Product, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and operational readiness.
• Identify opportunities to enhance knowledge management processes, content organization, documentation standards, and overall knowledge effectiveness.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Achieve or surpass performance targets for relevant KPIs.
• Continuously expand knowledge of products, services, and processes by engaging in training programs and ongoing learning modules.
• Work with other departments as necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues at all times.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, documentation, training content development, content management, or a related field.
• Experience in managing knowledge bases, documentation repositories, standard operating procedures, help center content, or other operational knowledge assets.
• Proven experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to review, validate, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Familiarity with information architecture, content organization, taxonomy, tagging, and best practices for documentation.
• Experience in identifying documentation gaps and translating operational feedback into knowledge enhancements.
• Preferred experience in utilizing knowledge management platforms, content management systems, documentation tools, or similar technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on detail, editing, and documentation quality.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and recurring review cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to assess documentation quality, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
