This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Review source materials including Clinical trial registry updates, press releases from Pharma and biotech companies, medical and scientific publications, conference abstracts, regulatory updates, patent updates, company pipeline or asset updates, medical affairs or drug safety updates, as well as product, indication, or development milestone announcements.

• Assess whether each item should be incorporated into a weekly monitoring report.

• Implement clear inclusion and exclusion criteria.

• Identify the pertinent company, product, asset, indication, mechanism of action, study, or update.

• Summarize key information using concise, source-based language.

• Verify claims against the original source materials.

• Highlight ambiguities, missing information, or uncertain relevances.

• Maintain structured data in a uniform format.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to read and comprehend medical and scientific materials.

• Proficient in clear written English.

• Ability to succinctly summarize complex information.

• Comfortable working with structured templates or spreadsheets.

• Ability to adhere to detailed rules and criteria.

• Strong habits in source verification.

• Skill in differentiating material updates from irrelevant information.

• Willingness to ask clarifying questions when source information is incomplete.

• Reliability and consistency in performing repeated review tasks.

• Experience with ClinicalTrials.gov (preferred).

• Familiarity with PubMed or scientific publications (preferred).

• Background in pharmacovigilance or regulatory affairs (preferred).

• Experience in medical writing or quality control of clinical documents (preferred).

• Familiarity with clinical trial management systems or clinical data systems (preferred).

• Knowledge of pharma and biotech pipelines (preferred).

• Understanding of oncology, immunology, rare diseases, or other therapeutic areas (preferred).

• Experience in data annotation, data curation, or human evaluation work (preferred).

• Proficiency in using AI tools for research support, while ensuring outputs are verified against primary sources (preferred).
