This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

• Providing assistance to customers through phone, chat, and email

• Resolving technical and service-related inquiries

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Recording feedback in internal systems

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2)

• Strong communication skills

• Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset

• Flexible and reliable

• Willingness to work in Portugal (remote or onsite)
