This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Expert assessment of maintenance and repairs for fleet vehicles on behalf of our clients.

• Review and recording of workshop services.

• Ensure compliance with warranty and goodwill claims while rejecting unnecessary and overpriced services.

• Communicate effectively with dealerships/workshops and clients.

• Handle complaints in coordination with the involved dealerships or workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification as a certified automotive technician or mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with professional experience in the automotive industry.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Flexibility and resilience.

• Strong quality awareness.

• Excellent and confident communication skills.
