This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee key account sales development initiatives across the UK.
• Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts to optimize future growth opportunities.
• Propel business development efforts to enhance the maintenance portfolio's reach.
• Identify and onboard new key account clients into the service portfolio.
• Work in conjunction with the broader sales team to achieve established strategic goals.
• Formulate structured key account development plans with well-defined stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Ensure key account activities align with the overall CSE aftermarket sales objectives.
• Actively seek out prospects for the account management teams and cultivate professional relationships to comprehend customer needs.
• Recommend products and/or services that meet customer requirements.
• Execute business development initiatives within targeted customer segments to bolster business strategy.
• Identify bidding opportunities, assist in bid responses, and engage in negotiations with prospective customers.
• Generate new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
• Support and nurture prospective projects with designated customers while presenting opportunities internally.
• Cultivate strong personal relationships with customers to influence potential opportunities.
• Participate in trade shows, showcase new products, and enhance organizational visibility.
• Prepare and conduct customer workshops.
• Prior experience in service key account management.
• Robust client network within the facilities management sector.
• Proven track record of closing large national framework and maintenance contracts.
• Demonstrated success in managing intricate, multi-site customer portfolios.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
