This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver brand information to essential Neonatologists, Respiratory Therapists, and Decision Makers.
• Identify growth opportunities for the company’s medical device.
• Represent key hospitals to monitor and sustain existing contracts.
• Provide precise forecasting for the anticipated usage of the medical device.
• Oversee the annual preventative maintenance schedule for the devices.
• Achieve the revenue target for the brand within the assigned territory.
• Ensure adequate training for Respiratory Therapists and Healthcare Professionals.
• Trained as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Experience in the commercialization of Medical Devices and Hospital Account Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in hospital sales.
• Outstanding communication skills in both English and French (written and oral).
• Strong understanding of the healthcare and hospital ecosystem.
• Solid analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Capability to work virtually and collaborate within a matrix organization.
• Exceptional presentation, project management, and negotiation skills.
• Enthusiastic, dedicated, and committed to supporting patients.
